Your to do's
  • You help us with the onboarding of new colleagues, configure clients and manage accounts.
  • You support us with the provisioning of local networks and infrastructure.
  • You keep us compliant by co-managing MDM and inventory.
  • You are the first contact person for technical questions and problems.
  • You manage central systems like M365, Slack, Jira, Gitlab and Notion.
  • You write and update documentation.
Your skills
  • You have completed education as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable education.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the IT sector.  
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality, are self-confident and able to represent your point of view.
  • You are open-minded and have the desire to learn and grow with us.
  • You have a very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German will be a plus.
