You don't just want to work with numbers, but want to make a real impact? In this role, you will transform data into a strategic management tool – for better decisions and measurable success across the entire group.

Your To-Dos

You will transform agile start-up structures into a scalable, performance-oriented controlling environment.
You will develop controlling into a proactive management tool – with a focus on sales potential, profit optimization, and operational KPIs.
You will establish and further develop a management information system for various corporate divisions – from the executive level to the value streams.
You will create short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and conduct regular target-actual comparisons.
You will prepare margin and cost analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
You will continuously identify optimization potential – both financial and operational – and consistently implement improvements.
You will establish controlling standards and processes for our international subsidiaries – with a particular focus on the growing Spanish market.

Your Skills

2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a related field.
You communicate confidently in English, and Spanish (German nice to have)
You have already worked in dynamic, high-growth environments and are comfortable with changing structures.
You have experience in setting up new processes and systems – and enjoy developing your own solutions using modern tools such as BI or AI, rather than simply adopting familiar templates.
Ideally, you have already worked in an international or software-based business model.
You are detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive – with a high standard of accuracy and impact.
You remain calm and solution-oriented, even when things get stressful.
You have the potential to represent the Director of Finance in certain areas or to relieve them of their workload.
You have a high level of interpersonal skills and can consistently demand results.
You work independently and actively and largely independently.
Location: Ideally, you live in or near Girona, Barcelona, or Madrid (Spain).

Du überführst agile Start-up-Strukturen in ein skalierbares, leistungsorientiertes Controlling-Umfeld.
Du entwickelst das Controlling zu einem proaktiven Steuerungsinstrument – mit Fokus auf Umsatzpotenziale, Ergebnisoptimierung und operative KPIs.
Du baust ein Management-Informationssystem für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche auf und entwickelst es weiter – von der Führungsebene bis zu den Wertströmen.
Du erstellst kurz- und mittelfristige Cashflow-Planungen und führst regelmäßige Soll-Ist-Abgleiche durch.
Du bereitest Margen- und Kostenanalysen auf und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Du identifizierst fortlaufend Optimierungspotenziale – sowohl finanziell als auch operativ – und setzt Verbesserungen konsequent um.
Du etablierst Controlling-Standards und -Prozesse für unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften - mit besonderem Fokus auf den wachsenden spanischen Markt.

Deine Skills

Du hast zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
Du hast bereits in dynamischen, wachstumsstarken Umfeldern gearbeitet und fühlst dich in sich verändernden Strukturen wohl.
Du bringst Erfahrung im Aufbau neuer Prozesse und Systeme mit – und entwickelst gerne eigene Lösungen mit modernen Tools wie BI oder KI, statt nur bekannte Muster zu übernehmen.
Du hast idealerweise bereits in einem internationalen oder softwarebasierten Businessmodell gearbeitet.
Du arbeitest detailorientiert, zuverlässig und proaktiv – mit einem hohen Anspruch an Genauigkeit und Wirkung.
Du bleibst ruhig und lösungsorientiert, auch wenn es stressig wird.

Tus tareas

Transformarás las estructuras en un entorno de control escalable y orientado al rendimiento.
Convertirás el control en una herramienta de gestión proactiva, con especial atención al potencial de ventas, la optimización de beneficios y los KPI operativos.
Establecerás y desarrollarás un sistema de información de gestión para diversas divisiones corporativas, desde el nivel ejecutivo hasta los flujos de valor.
Elaborarás previsiones de flujo de caja a corto y medio plazo y realizarás comparaciones periódicas entre objetivos y resultados.
Elaborarás análisis de márgenes y costes y elaborarás recomendaciones concretas de actuación.
Identificarás continuamente el potencial de optimización, tanto financiera como operativa, e implementarás mejoras de forma consistente.
Establecerás estándares y procesos de control para nuestras filiales internacionales, con especial atención al creciente mercado español.

Tu perfil

Tengo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia profesional en control de gestión, finanzas o un campo relacionado.
Me comunico con completa soltura en inglés y español (se valora el alemán).
He trabajado en entornos dinámicos y de alto crecimiento y se siente cómodo con estructuras cambiantes.
Tengo experiencia en la implementación de nuevos procesos y sistemas, y disfruto desarrollando mis propias soluciones utilizando herramientas modernas como inteligencia empresarial (BI) o inteligencia artificial (IA), en lugar de simplemente adoptar plantillas familiares.
Idealmente, he trabajado en un modelo de negocio internacional o basado en software.
Soy detallista, fiable y proactivo, con un alto nivel de precisión e impacto.
Mantengo la calma y busco soluciones, incluso en situaciones estresantes.
Tengo el potencial de representar al Director de Finanzas en ciertas áreas o de aliviar su carga de trabajo.
Poseo un alto nivel de habilidades interpersonales y puede exigir resultados constantemente.
