A HR business partner at Sdui Group serves as a strategic people catalyst, empowering leadership and driving organizational excellence through expert guidance, proactive problem-solving, and transformative people initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and human potential, ensuring that rapid company growth is supported by strong leadership development, effective performance management, and a thriving workplace culture that enables every team member to succeed.
Your To-Dos
  • Drive impactful business partnering across Sdui Group, focusing on team leads and head offs. Serve as a trusted advisor, inspiring and empowering leadership to excel in all people and team-related initiatives.
  • Act as a reliable sparring partner for employment law matters, ensuring leaders have the guidance and support they need to navigate complex workplace issues with confidence and clarity.
  • Take ownership and drive people processes across key areas including leadership development, performance management, and employee support - creating lasting positive change that people will feel.
  • Work closely with the dynamic, international people & culture team to streamline and enhance current processes, making everything work better for everyone.
  • Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business, partnering with key stakeholders to formulate and implement smart solutions
  • Conduct meaningful 1:1s with supervisors that drive engagement and growth
  • Track probation periods and performance reviews, ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations
  • Navigate challenging performance discussions, exits, and promotions with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide expert guidance on legal topics including terminations and complex employment matters
  • Use project management skills to challenge and improve current processes

  • Data and process-driven approach to people topics, proficient in KPIs and OKRs
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experienced user of collaborative tools like Miro, PowerPoint and similar platforms
