This position sits within Pupil AG in St. Gallen, Switzerland - part of the Sdui Group. With around 50 passionate professionals, Pupil supports over 200 schools on their digital journey through its modern, cloud-based platform PUPIL.

Your mission
You will expand Sdui Group's footprint in the Swiss market by winning new canton-level partnerships and strengthening existing relationships. At the same time, you will support the effective rollout and sustained use of our solutions within schools and public-sector organisations.
What you’ll do
Strategic (50%)
  • Identify, approach, and win new cantonal partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers in the public sector
  • Lead or co-lead tender processes in close collaboration with the Bid/Tender Team
  • Conceptualise tailored IT solutions together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent Pupil at events, fairs, and strategic meetings
  • Negotiate framework agreements and prepare proposals for strategic customers
Operational (50%)
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and structured account plans
  • Identify and execute up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support customer onboarding and rollout phases
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation in Salesforce
  • Provide structured field feedback to continuously improve product and process quality
What you’ll bring
  • Completed studies in economics, business, education, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or public-sector solutions
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and/or complex public-sector relationships
  • Experience in tender processes (public procurement) preferred
  • Teaching or broader education-sector background is a strong plus
  • Confident use of CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • High IT affinity and the ability to translate technical solutions into educational value
  • Deep understanding of public-sector decision-making processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Excellent stakeholder communication - from school leaders to cantonal IT boards
  • Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Fluent German (C2); Swiss German and/or English are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
Where you’ll be
This role is based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Our Swiss team works on-site two to three days per week and remotely on the other days.
