Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Festanstellung, Vollzeit · Madrid, Girona

Our mission
Sdui Group is shaping the future of education in Europe. We build digital solutions that help educational institutions work smarter, communicate better and save valuable time.
With a growing team of over 300 people across multiple European countries, we are on a clear mission: to become Europe’s leading software provider for education.
Driven by courage, collaboration and responsibility, we focus on what matters most: better education for a better tomorrow.
Your mission
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to turn interest into impact. You are the first point of contact for schools, transforming inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities and actively accelerating our sales pipeline. Your success is reflected in the quality of qualified meetings you create, the SQLs you generate and your direct contribution to a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
  • Actively prospect potential opportunities in educational institutions across Spain and selected international markets.
  • Own inbound leads end to end, including fast response times, structured qualification and conversion into first meetings and SQLs, with a clear focus on quality and pipeline impact.
  • Reach out to schools via phone and other channels to open conversations and schedule product presentations for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales to accelerate existing opportunities and improve overall funnel quality and predictability.
  • Use market and competitor insights to support opportunity generation and prioritisation, including monitoring portals and identifying relevant market developments.
  • Actively work with Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities, ensure clean documentation and support funnel control and forecasting.
What you’ll bring
  • A strong interest in sales, business development or commercial roles, with the motivation to grow in a customer-facing position.
  • First experience in sales, business development, customer success or a comparable commercial environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Confidence in speaking with new contacts and comfort with cold calls and first-touch conversations.
  • A structured, reliable working style with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology and the ability to work confidently with digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to stay motivated despite rejection.
  • Fluent Spanish and a good command of English for internal communication.
Where you’ll be
This role is based in Madrid or Girona and works in a hybrid setup. You combine flexible remote work with regular onsite presence at one of our hubs, as personal exchange is key to how we collaborate, learn and grow together. Being on site supports close teamwork, alignment with Sales and a strong connection to our culture.
What we offer
  • Purpose & Social Impact: Working in education means making a real difference. At Sdui Group, you contribute to improving the daily work of schools and shaping the future of education for a better tomorrow.
  • Flexibility & Hybrid Work: We work in a hybrid setup that combines flexibility with collaboration. This includes flexible working hours, the option to work remotely and a regular onsite presence to support teamwork and connection. Working hours are shorter on Fridays.
  • We Take Care of Our People: Your well-being matters to us. In case of sick leave, we cover 100% of your salary from day one.
  • Learning & Development: We support your personal and professional growth through development opportunities, learning initiatives and the chance to grow within an international software group.
  • Team & Collaboration: You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. We believe great teams are built through trust, connection and shared experiences, and we actively create space for this in everyday work.
  • Ownership & Growth: We combine a start-up mindset with the stability and ambition of a growing European group. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility, contribute your ideas and actively shape our future together.
  • Time Off & Everyday Perks: You receive 23 days of paid vacation per year. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available in our offices, and we value spending time together beyond day-to-day work.
